The formal dining table seats 8 while additional space at the counter is available for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and a suite of cookware and dinnerware. While Port Aransas is stacked with enough restaurants to suit any palate, cooking at home becomes an easy option for those nights you want to stay in. Need a little space from the group? A separate living area with sofa, futon, and mounted smart TV provides a quiet place to read a book, take an afternoon nap, or for the kids to watch their own movies or shows.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a full size sofa sleeper, and a full size futon.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles – 1 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Additional parking on the street.
Parking passes are required and are located on hooks in the kitchen. Please return the parking passes after use or there will be an extra charge to replace lost or misplaced passes.
