While it’s just under 1000 square feet, no inch was spared with every corner feeling thoughtful and complete.

The living room is light and airy with large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The balcony is a lovely place to start your day with fresh alpine air and your morning brew in hand! Back inside, the living room hosts a spacious sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is the main feature and a guest favorite in the cooler months.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious dishes from home. A coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience. The extended counter provides extra prep space and casual seating for 4.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and access to the wraparound balcony. Steps from both sleeping areas is a full bathroom outfitted with a stand-up shower with custom tilework.

The condo is conveniently located at The Village at Breckenridge and at the base of Peak 9, giving guests the ability for a ski In/ski-out experience. The condominium complex offers multiple shared amenities including; multiple hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, a rec room, and more! The property boasts beautiful views of Maggie Pond and nearby picnic areas. Beyond the on-site perks, this location offers you direct access to Main Street/Downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy dining at award-winning restaurants, visit specialty stores, and splurge at boutiques. For those who want to venture out, Denver is approximately 80 miles away.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
