Welcome to Pine Creek Retreat, a cozy townhome that is minutes from downtown Breckenridge’s most desired attractions. The home is ideal for large families looking for a homey retreat.

You’ll be immediately welcomed upon entry with warm accents and hardwood floors. And it’s easy to get comfy in the living room with its ample seating, TV, and fireplace.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a drip coffee maker, toaster, and wine ware for your convenience. Whip up your favorite meals and enjoy them together at the 8-seater dining table.

Steps away, guests can bask outside in the open deck, featuring with a comfy patio seating with BBQ.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 furnished bedrooms. Each space is dressed with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay:
- Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) offers a King bed, access to the outside deck, and an en-suite. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 both have custom Queen-over-Queen bunk beds that encapsulate the cabin feel.

In addition to the primary en-suite, an extra 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath are fully stocked to serve guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is space for up to 2 vehicles. Please be aware that cars parked on street will be towed.
- A washer/dryer is provided.
- Pool & hot tub amenities will be temporarily closed April 15th through May 24th for spring cleaning.
- Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.

The home sits in a well-maintained complex less than a mile south of downtown’s South Main Street. The restaurants, shops, and the slopes of Breckenridge are truly just a skip and a jump away. For those who want to explore nearby attractions, Lake Dillon, a freshwater reservoir is 13 miles away.

Head to Breckenridge Golf Club, teeming with swaying mountain views, restaurants, shops and a clubhouse.

Explore a flurry of hiking trails and biking paths, visit local breweries and enjoy al-fresco dining. Indulge in a host of adventure activities like whitewater rafting, ziplining, paddle boarding and kayaking.

Community Pool Rules:
- NO GLASS.
-You are limited to a 1 hour maximum time slot as monitored by the attendant onsite.
-Hot tub use is restricted to the groups with a reservation. (Pool reservation guests may not use the hot tubs. However, the hot tub groups may use the pool).

Facility hours:
Summer: 12pm-8pm (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Fall: Closed (Labor Day through ski resort opening day)
Winter: 2pm-8pm (ski resort opening day - ski season closing day)
Spring: Closed (ski resort closing day - Memorial Day)

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

This home is in a neighborhood with full time residents, quiet hours are strictly enforced.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Great for a family group

Pros: Lots of space for our 3 families. Convenient walk to slopes, close to town. Cons: The unit was pretty clean, but not what I would expect for the cleaning fee that they charge. (example: found a dirty sock that the cleaning crew missed). A lot of the cookware was pretty old. I would not want to rent from this management company again. When we discovered the oven did not work, it was a hassle dealing them to get it working. They also informed us (while we at the property) that the fireplace inspection company would be coming to do the inspection WHILE WE WERE THERE!. Their explanation was: that was the time that was convenient for the company. I asked why they did not inform us about this BEFORE we rented the unit but did not get any response. Coincidentally, the fireplace did not work . VRBO was no help at all - their rep simlply said that VRBO was just the listing agent. Very disappointed by VRBO here.

Family weekend getaway

We came from 3 different states to meet here. 1 new daughter in law learned to ski, the other new daughter in law showed me how to ski Black Diamonds. All seven skied and for 4 of us, it was the first return to CO in over 10 years Property was great would rent it again!

Breck Townhome Review by Mama Bear

Great property, nice furnishings, great location, check in process easy and the customer service was quick and responsive. Kitchen had just about everything. I was pleased with that. It has Hot tub, grill, jacuzzi tub and steam bath. Three floors. Lots of stairs. We didn't mind. If you have a family of 10 be sure to read "Things to Note" on listing. Parking is limited only two parking spots a third will cost you for overnights. Listing said not dog friendly. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of pet hair on the couches, rug and leather chairs they also had scratches. I spent some of my time with extra cleaning and buying a lint roller primarily for the main floor. Not pleasant! Cabinets and closets had lot of unorganized, dusty clutter and extra items either left or fixed in the unit. Our items stayed in our bags for the most part. Steam bath smelled a bit funny. Overall, if you don't mind that stuff it is a very nice unit. Price was decent with the exception of cleaning fee. I'd say its accommodating for the most part. You can see it has a bit of traffic so management certainly tries. I gave it a 4 due to the beautiful property.
