Welcome to Rockridge Retreat, a quiet townhome nestled in Colorado nature just minutes from the action in Breckenridge. Views from the bedrooms, the living spaces, and the private balcony are filled with pines, and a quick 10-minute drive will take you to the foot of the slopes. Or, if you prefer, there is a shuttle stop across the street to take you down the mountain.

With string lighting and cozy seating, the private balcony is an idyllic spot for enjoying the beautiful nature around the property. You’ll find plenty to enjoy inside as well where a gas fireplace warms the living area with contemporary sectional couch and large smart tv.

The home’s spacious kitchen is all at once modern, rustic, and beautifully functional with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster for convenient meals at home. Share drinks and snacks at the breakfast bar with seating for 4, or head to the dining table for formal meals where 10 people can be comfortably seated.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 is fitted with a queen size bed.

This home is in a neighborhood with full time residents, quiet hours are strictly enforced.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
