Hear the waves crash along the shore right from the home as you and your family enjoy your own private oasis in the backyard, complete with a full outdoor kitchen featuring bar seating, an ice maker, barbeque grill, fire pit, artificial turf, and a convenient outdoor shower. The newly built wraparound landscaped patio is an idyllic setting for enjoying your morning breakfast and sunset cocktails. Venturing out away from the home, head over to the aforementioned bustling 2nd Street for a bite to eat or a day of browsing at the variety of shops. Don’t feel like walking? You can still leave the car at home and rent a bike instead for an adventurous way to get to all your desired destinations.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a full bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a full bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, spa tub, and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads.

Bedroom #5 is located in the casita outside of the main home and includes a full murphy bed with a memory foam mattress and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage, with overflow parking available on the street as needed.
• This home is equipped with a security camera monitoring the front porch facing the door and garage side of the house facing the street.
• Pet friendly! Dogs only allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $100 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• TVs all include complementary access to these streaming sites: Hulu, Hulu Live TV, Disney Plus, Netflix, and ESPN Plus.
• Lost keys will result in a $200 replacement fee.
• An additional guest fee will be charged for each person exceeding 8 guests.
