This beautiful Vail home features newly remodeled floors, furnishings, and appliances. This home is perfect for a ski/snowboard weekend or a relaxing and quiet vacation!

Upon entering the home you will find the layout suitable for families. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo! The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed. Please note the trundle mattress is located in the closet as the trundle is broken but the mattress is located in the bedroom closet for your use. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom which holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

On the second floor is the kitchen with all of the essentials and the living room that features a large flat screen Roku TV (please use your own log in) and new plush couch gathered around a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well quipped with a toaster oven, drip coffee make, wine ware, and more. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. A washer and dryer are available for those wet ski clothes. Step outside onto the outdoor patio and enjoy the crisp mountain air.

A PacknPlay is available.

Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.

Located only 10 minutes away from the Vail and Lionshead Villages (via a FREE shuttle located right across the street) and a quick 12-minute drive to Beaver Creek, this home is perfect for any outdoor adventurer!

What a great location and place to call home!

Vail and Beaver Creek were easy drives or ride on the bus! We had so much room in the condo and it was amazingly clean. Great spot!

Overall nice with some annoyances

It's a nice property with a few annoyances. A couple of the windows would not open which made it hard to cool down one of the bedrooms. The internet only worked the first day and then was out the remainder of the stay which meant there was also no TV since the TV's are tied to the internet. (Router needed to be reset which was in another unit of the complex where no one was staying). The area is quiet and away from the conjestion of Vail Village which we liked. It's easy to go to the Village, but come back to the peace and quiet. Property was clean and updated. Asked to drop bags off a few hours early and was told that would be an extra $60 so didn't bother.

Good West Vail location

Overall this condo was great. The location is easy to find in West Vail. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was clean. The only downside was the two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, while the master is on the third floor. If you have small children, that might not be an ideal setup. Our elementary aged child ended up sleeping in the floor of the master as he was scared to be two floors away. It was very hot when we visited in August, and there is no AC at this property (which is normal in Colorado). The property manager was responsive and brought us two box fans, which helped. However, when you have the windows open you hear a lot of noise from highway traffic nearby. I'm sure during other times of the year, this isn't as big of an issue. The patio furniture was lacking and there wasn't a nice place to sit outside. Other than that, this was a great property.

Overall good stay with several items not working: burner on stove and garbage disposal. Had problems with keyless entry and there was no hand mixer in the kitchen. A senior may have difficulty with two sets of steep stairs in the condo.

Good place

We enjoyed the stay. We found the bus schedule and the very close proximity to the stop to be quite convenient. The Kitchen was nicely appointed and convenient as well. The night before we left there was a big snow and we needed to leave relatively early. The lot was plowed before we left causing no issues. We would recommend this location.
