Seafood lovers come from far and wide to seek out the fresh fare that only a coastal city can provide, and you’ll be within easy reach of several restaurants featuring vibrant menus sourced from local, in-season ingredients. After long days exploring the area, you’ll be looking forward to unwinding in the spacious fenced-in back yard. You can spend hours back here alone playing a game of catch or amping up the competition with a few rounds of cornhole. The fun doesn’t end there, however, as what’s waiting indoors holds even more to explore!

Soaring ceilings and large picture windows help create open spaces perfect for gathering friends and family for memorable moments. The living room beckons you to sink on the plush sofa seating to stream a new movie on the mounted smart TV, keeping outdoor views of the scenic neighborhood prominent. The kitchen does modern charm well, blending rich cabinetry with stainless steel appliances and glossy countertops. Fully stocked with cookware and dining ware, you’ll have no trouble whipping up delicious homecooked meals for any time of day. The country chic dining table can seat 6 for formal gatherings, or you can grab a stool at the counter for quicker or more casual bites. Kids and kids-at-heart alike will have a ball (literally!) in the basement, shooting hoops, playing foosball, and turning up the heat with some ping pong.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-full bunkbed, and a twin on top with trundle twin on bottom.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway and street parking available for up to 5 vehicles.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
• Hot tub is only available for use between April 15th to Oct 13 at $25 per day.
• There are 2 Smart TVs: living room and 1st floor bedroom.
