The home is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Mooresville city, where you’ll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Each of the two homes on this property has its own living room with comfortable sofa seating and smart TVs, either space suitable for hosting a group game night or individual movie screenings. There’ll be no reason to argue over what to watch! Enjoy mealtime together in the main home with indoor and outdoor dining seating for a combined 12. Each home also includes its own kitchen, fully equipped with all standard appliances, dual drip and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and dinnerware for both light hors d’oeuvres and large dinners. Of course, the area also offers plenty of options for trying takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants. No matter your appetite, these kitchens can accommodate it all.
