The Host was extremely helpful in fixing a couple of issues that came up very fast. Easy to communicate with and get a quick response. My only complaint is the shower is extremely tiny and poor hot water but other than that it was a good stay.

Staying in the apartment was pretty okay, but the smell and the signs of humidity were little disturbing. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment, especially the shower - water pressure was poor, the tiles placed incorrectly so the floor was very unstable, poor light, non-ergonomic space. All around in the apartment one could find dirt, especially in the window areas. From the positives: the check in was easy and elastic, kitchen was well equipped (even though the oven was very old and stinky when using), air conditioning was working and the apartment location is very good - nearby is placed a nice Franklin Park. In general it was okay, but not for a long time and unfortunately not for this price.

Stay was okay overall, location wasn’t great/somewhat rundown, shower not in best condition and water temp difficult to maintain. Host was relatively quick to respond and polite in conversation. However, we did need to adjust our original leave date to a day sooner and were denied a refund for the last night to there cancellation policy which simply put is “non-refundable”. Due to it being just one night of the whole stay and gave more than 24 hours notice, we did feel this was a bit crummy.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear parts of the stay didn’t meet your expectations. I always aim to be as responsive and helpful as possible, and I truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Wishing you all the best in your future travels!

Looks just like the photos; pretty small, studio style room with kitchen/bathroom, very small shower. Did not have seasonings (I left the ones I brought for future guests) but had dishes/pans to cook with. Very clean upon arrival. The community washer and dryer was nice to have access to (bring your own detergent). Area isn’t very walkable but close enough to downtown. Host is very responsive and helpful. Overall nice place.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback and for leaving the seasonings, that was so kind of you! I'm really glad the space worked out and that you felt supported throughout your stay. You're always welcome back!

The way was ok but some things were disappointing upon arrival: - The apartment felt very damp - The bed frame was damaged making one side of the bed unusable - Tiny shower with very basic head - The apartment did not look as good as the pictures - The neighborhood did not feel very safe I eventually got used to it and the stay was ok. Proximity to public transport was a plus.

I'm sorry the first impression missed the mark, but I’m glad the stay smoothed out a bit over time. I'll be looking into these points right away. Thank you again for staying.

Parking is on the street but we always found a spot at different times of the day. We stayed for a week and had access to the laundry room. The street had plenty of traffic but we didn't hear it inside the unit. K cups and sugar were available but there wasn't salt or pepper. Also didn't have a hair blower. Very convenient to the interstate and loop.

We're glad to hear parking was manageable and that you had a quiet stay despite the street traffic. We appreciate the note about the missing essentials. Hope to host you again!
