• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking pass required and given at the front gate. No trailers, RV’s, or golf carts. Vehicles must be mechanically free of major oil leaks and must be legally registered.
• This home is located in building 4, on the 5th floor. There is an elevator and stairwell available for guest use.
• Stroller, high chair, and portable crib available.
• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the exterior hallway/entry area.

- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
- Condo is to be used for residential purposes only.
- No illegal drugs, including marijuana, are permitted. (Local authorities will be notified of any use.)
- This property is non-smoking. A $500 fine plus mitigation costs will apply for violations.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants allowed.
- Do not park on the grass—violators may be towed or ticketed.
- Failure to follow these rules or the terms outlined in the rental agreement may result in fines, forfeiture of the security deposit, or removal from the property without a refund.
