Perhaps better yet, you’ll also find yourself within walking distance or a short drive away to a variety of options for grocery, shopping, and dining, allowing you the option to leave the car behind and explore this exciting area by foot. PCB’s downtown area is brimming with options for entertainment no matter the time of day, or you can work on your swing at one of the surrounding championship golf courses with challenging fairways set amongst the picturesque backdrops.

The spacious living room is an access point to the shaded balcony, a serene spot to take in the fresh ocean air while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Back inside, the living room includes sofa and armchair seating along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home with stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Enjoy meals together at the high-top table with room for 4 or grab a quick breakfast while seated up at the kitchen counter.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Garage parking available for 2 vehicles, with overflow parking as needed located across from Ripley’s Museum.
