In addition to the lagoon, onsite amenities include a refreshing outdoor pool, heart-pumping tennis and shuffleboard courts, sauna, barbeque area, and a community firepit while sharing the complex with a variety of shops and dining options including a Mexican grill, winery, smoothie shop, and a European food market. Beyond the complex, you’ll find even more options for shopping and dining all within walking distance, along with a family fun center featuring go-karts, min-golf, and more. When you’re ready for a day at the beach, pack up your bags and head across the street to the white sandy shores and glittering coastline this area is well known for, working on your tan while the kids splash in the surf.

Inside the home, the charming nautical theme keeps the presence of the coast close by, with soothing neutral tones promoting calm and relaxation. Take a break in the living room on plush sofa and armchair seating while you queue up that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. The chic dining room table can seat 6 for formal meals or play host to an energetic night of games. The fully equipped kitchen offers plentiful countertop and cabinetry space for meal preparation and storage whether you plan to prepare meals at home or lay out a spread of takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. Brew up a fresh cup of morning coffee and head out to the shaded balcony where you can immerse yourself in the fresh air and the sights and sounds of the lagoon while you plan out the excitement of another day.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between two private bedrooms and a loft area upstairs.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with the loft area, with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The upstairs loft area includes 2 twin beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. Parking passes are required & will be provided in-unit. Additional parking on the street nearby as needed. A $40 registration fee is included in your reservation to cover the cost of parking passes.
• This home is equipped with an external Ring security camera system monitoring the front door.
