As you step inside, the large open-plan space greets you with a wood dining table, a large TV, a cozy couch, and even a life-size basketball game! The corner kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for preparing breakfast before exploring the slopes.
*Please note: The guest space is the downstairs level of this 2-story 5-bedroom house, and it is privately reserved for guests only. The owner lives on-site in the second story. This area is partitioned off from the owner's private lobby by a glass wall with privacy shades, ensuring your complete privacy.*

The home features a massive mudroom with a washer, dryer, and extensive gear storage area. In the garage, converted into a gym space, you'll find weights, an exercise bike, and a large Smart TV.

The master bedroom, just off the kitchen, includes a queen bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Further down the hall, a second full bathroom with twin sinks and a shower/tub combo is available. The guest room offers a queen bed, and the bunkroom houses 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin bed.

Step outside to the covered barbeque and dining area with a propane fire pit and comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the stunning mountain sunsets.

Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. For transportation, note that ALL Park City Transit is completely FREE! With High Valley Transit Micro, hail a FREE minivan to the Kimball Jct. Transit Center, and from there, take a free bus to the ski resorts.

Paradise Preserve, located on the bottom floor of a stunning house, provides guests with privacy, space, and amenities, all complemented by the beautiful views. Although the owner lives on the top floor with his well-behaved dogs, he is dedicated to ensuring guest privacy. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring animals.
