Downtown Santa Barbara features an amazing diversity of shopping, dining, and entertainment making it extremely pedestrian-friendly.  Hours will pass by on Historic State Street Plaza while you browse shops, sit down for a meal – and maybe a few glasses of wine, and stroll down to Stearns Wharf.
