The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a shower/tub combo.

• Street parking available.
• The patio and spa are closed after 10pm. Nearby neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise. Have fun, but you risk eviction if the patio is not clear and quiet after 10pm. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am and strictly enforced.
