THINGS TO NOTE:
- The pool is open seasonally. Please reach out to confirm if the pool will be open for your stay.
- This residence is situated near train tracks, and an active train regularly passes through East Nashville. Please be aware of potential noise disturbances from the train.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Pet friendly! A fee of $35 daily will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
- The property is equipped with three external surveillance devices: a Ring doorbell at the front entrance, a security camera at the back door, and another overseeing the pool area. Please note that all cameras are deactivated and remain off throughout the duration of guest stays.
