Keauhou Resort creates a relaxing Hawaiian escape with stunning views of the Hawaii ocean. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT. Vacationers will find plenty of Kailua Kona activities at their fingertips from this location. The Keauhou Shopping Center, Regal Cinemas Keauhou 7, and Kona Country Club Golf Course are all a short drive or Uber away. The beach is just down the street perfect for swimming, surfing, and walking on besides the water.

Large sliding doors unveil a lanai with an ocean view. Unwind in the living room on the plush seating situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for your entertainment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests.

Several appliances and ample counter space aid a chef in cooking tasty snacks and meals. Call your guests to the formal dining table with seating for four to eat a home cooked meal together. If you prefer dining alfresco, gather on the lanai. Patio seating is arranged alongside lounge chairs. Bring a Mai Tai or a bottle of your favorite wine out here and indulge in the mesmerizing sunsets over the distant ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, seating, mounted TV, and plenty of storage space. Doors lead to a second lanai with seating and a staircase to leave the unit. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity.

Keauhou Resort has an outdoor pool surrounded by tropical shrubbery. Lounge and patio seating can be found out here as well. Shared laundry facilities are also available.

Relaxing and peaceful

Perfect unit for two. All amenities were available and if we needed anything it was a short walk to the small shopping center. Bed was super comfortable and the area was very quiet. Even though the unit was older, it was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating especially with the living room furniture. Was pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and umbrella for our use while at the unit ( even basic snorkeling gear! ) Love Keauhou Bay area over Kona!!!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was the perfect size and loved having a full kitchen to cook in when we didn’t want to go out. The king bed was very comfy. This place is paradise… totally quiet, the frogs and rain killed us to sleep almost every night. Loved sitting on both the Patios. The one upstairs has a great view of the ocean. Downstairs patio is chill, with great views of lush plants and a nice place to relax. We couldn’t get over the lush plants all around us, easy access to the pool, walking distance to the shopping center and Keauhou Bay. Keauhou Bay is beautiful and we loved floating around and chilling in the bay in the mornings. They have night time Manta Ray tours right from the bay. Amazing place I would return to and recognize! We loved it!

Relaxing

Good location away from the older downtown of Kona. Near Keauhou shopping center but not too far from Kona heading back north on the Queen K hwy toward the airport, beaches and other resorts. Nice, small one bedroom property. Could have been better appointed with some of the basics for cooking (like some olive oil - which there was a bottle of, but none in it - or sugar for coffee (none of that)). Otherwise, all the utensils, pots and pans, etc were there. Property was clean and the deck was great for the mornings. Natural ventilation with fans was fine once we figured out which settings to use. One downer for us was that some water infrastructure was being worked on and there was no water from about 9 am to 11 am on two of the days we stayed there. I would expect that that might be compensated for with a small credit - if only to recognize that it's an inconvenience. Generally for what we were looking for, it was really good and the value was there as well.
