Welcome to White Sugar Sands, a private property with those priceless views you’re looking for on your Fort Myers getaway. With 5 bedrooms, a pool, and beach access, this expansive home is ideal for a large family or group that is ready to enjoy some fun in the sun in style.

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted with beams of natural light from the large windows throughout the main living floor. The living room is furnished with ample seating, a mounted TV, and access to a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day with salty air and the therapeutic sound of crashing waves.

Back inside, the kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you should need to whip up a beach snack, hors d'oeuvres, or a multi-course dinner from home. A coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, and wine ware are all available for your convenience. Enjoy the extra prep and entertaining space of the kitchen island that seats 4. Or, steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the round table for 8 at the bay window.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 5 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom offers its own balcony and crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay:
Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony, en-suite, and sitting area overlooking the ocean. The en-suite has dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has Queen bed
Bedroom #3 has a King bed
Bedroom #4 with King bed
Bedroom #5 also has King bed

In addition to the master en-suite, there are 3 additional full bathrooms spread between the 2nd and 3rd floors in order to appropriately accommodate guests. Two of the bathrooms offer a stand-up shower and one has a shower/tub combo.


THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer/dryer is available in the home for guest use
- There is parking space for up to 4 vehicles on the driveway
- An elevator is located in the home for convenience
- The private pool area offers lounge chairs and provides access via the gate to the beach

The home is superbly located directly on the beach with a private pool. The property is also within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and even boat rentals/charters! The Beach Bar, a popular restaurant for cocktails and light bites, is just a stone's throw away. With a Publix food store just a 2-mile drive away, there’s truly not a need to leave the island if not desired. For those who want to venture out, there are Golf Courses, preserved state and local parks, and endless shopping to also enjoy just a few minutes off the island. Downtown Fort Myers (the historic district) is about a 30-minute drive.
