One King bed, 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed upon request, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central AC, and ceiling fans. Unit also includes free WIFI, a flat screen TV with a blue ray player and a new 32 inch flat screen TV in master bedroom, new mini blinds in guest bedroom.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
The replacement of the tennis courts at White Sands Village starts 4/17. Most of the construction traffic (dump trucks, hauling stuff out and in) will happen through the Keauhou driveway so units in building (113-324) will probably see and hear it, and should know about the construction trucks going in and out.
The key thing to know is that it will block off the parking spaces for 124, 224, 324, 123, and any other stalls that are along the south side of the driveway (not under the building) during working hours M-F.
The Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation announces the temporary closure of La aloa Beach Park and the temporary partial closure of Magic Sands Beach Park in Kailua-Kona beginning Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, for the construction of improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months.
La aloa Beach Park will be closed in its entirety as work to implement the archaeological preservation plan is pursued. The project entails establishing park features that will protect and enhance the cultural sites through appropriately placed rock walls, established trails and walkways, landscaping, and informational signage.
Magic Sands Beach Park will be closed at its southern end to allow for the demolition of the existing comfort station and the construction of its replacement. The project will also provide an accessible route tie-in to Alii Drive, accessible showers, picnic tables, and parking stalls, upgrading existing utility connections, and addressing

Great Sunset View in Kona

We give it a 4.5 stars due to some minor things we\'ll list them at the end of this review. Great ocean view from the balcony, dining and living rooms. The balcony has a big dining table with chairs where you can sit, eat your dinner, and watch sunset daily! Condo is clean. Location and the private parking spot were great. Having AC was nice after we came back from a long day! It\'s close to downtown Kona where restaurants are located and Kahalu\'u beach where you can snorkel. The small White Sand Beach is right across the street which is very convenient if you just want to walk across and do some boogie boarding or body surfing before you head out for the day or after you come back from your outing. The farmers market and the Alii Garden Marketplace are very close by. We love the taco truck (Shaka Tacoz) at the Alii Garden Marketplace. Thanks for all the beach stuff that the previous guests left behind such as snorkels, boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, fins, umbrella, cooler and wagon! If the snorkel gears don\'t fit you, you can get them at the ABC store in downtown Kona for every reasonable price. The in-unit washer and dryer were great! Thanks for leaving enough detergents for us to wash all the beach towels before we left :-). Here are a few things that prevented us from giving it 5 stars: The dishwasher, refrigerator and sliding doors need update. We already knew the street noise, but we didn’t expect to hear loud motorcycle noise in the morning and around sunset when we sat on the balcony to enjoy the sunset. The dead palm tree (now it’s one long stick) was right in the middle of our ocean view. I’m sure the city will eventually remove the stick or the owner can request the city to remove it. It’s not a big deal, but if you’re picky of your ocean view or sunset pictures, this dead palm tree would be in your pictures unless you photoshop it. We enjoyed the condo and would rent it again if we’re in Kona again.

Amazing unit facing the beach

This was our family's first trip to Kona and we had an amazing time at this complex. First of all, there are very few sandy beaches and we visited about 6 of the other beaches that were within about 1-hour of our unit. The Magic sands beach which this unit looks at was by far our family's favorite. We will absolutely be staying here again we we come back.

Perfect ocean view

It's easy access to the beach, we can enjoy nice view from the room and eat/drink at the balcony with sunset. Weekday night, there are too much noisy music on the street, but if you close the windows, no problems.

Amazing location and great accommodations

White sands condo 201 did not disappoint. The view from the lanai was our favorite spot both morning and evening. Condo was well equipped with everything you needed including beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella and other beach items. All the basics to get started of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, laundry pods and toilet paper and hand soap were available. There was a hair dryer but it was not listed. Extras for an extended stay were easy to get at the nearby grocery store. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of sunscreen and other kitchen items like tin foil left from other guests…just like we left for the text group. Only thing we found missing was no baking sheet but had plenty of pans and baking dishes to make it work.

The location is great and the condo very spacious. It badly needs ome updates--the 90s era dishwasher broke and we had to wash our dishes by hand at the last minute. But the managers were very patient in helping us navigate the Covid documentation which we appreciated.

Great place at decent price

In good location at ok price. Needs updated dishwasher, bathroom facilities and mattresses (on the hard side). Great view of ocean and very clean. We were very pleased about all the extras which included large ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo, soap, sunscreen and bug spray. Magic Sands beach really has no beach (mainly rocks) but Kahalu'u beach is very close and Hapuna beach not far away. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome balcony view

The condo was exactly as shown. It is a little outdated but it is large, roomy, airy and the view was just gorgeous whether watching a quiet beach in the morning or watch a fabulous sunset every evening. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom set up guaranteed privacy. Parking was great with a large dedicated space and the condo had all the beach equipment you would want. The complex was quiet and private. Because the condo is at the front end, nobody walks by and we never heard other vacationers. The location was good as it is right across the street from one of the few nice public beaches in the area. There are also two restaurants right across the street to satisfy formal or informal dining. Downtown shopping area is only 2-3 miles away. The only downside to the location is that it is right above a rather busy and noisy road. If traffic noise and crowd noise bother you, you might want to think about it. When the sliding doors were closed, noise was minimal and it doesn’t start until 10am and is done shortly after dark. We enjoyed the beach noise and people watch from the balcony so this noise did not bother us. We were often gone during the day as well. We would rent again and felt it suited our needs perfectly.

Location, location, location

Right across the street from White Sands Beach, great pool and property amenities. All the restaurants and shopping you need within 3 miles. Property was clean and loved the huge balcony that overlooked the beach.

Comfortable, beautiful, and perfect for watching the ocean and listening to the waves!

Beautiful well kept, clean condo with an amazing view of the beach from the entire lanai -- a wonderful place for meals and just relaxing to the sound of the waves. If it's a little too warm out, you can still hear the waves from the living room in the lovely AC. Beach chairs, kick boards, snorkel masks, and an umbrella are provided for use as well as all the supplies needed to clean up on the way out. The only minor draw back (and I do mean minor) is it is a very popular beach so it can get pretty loud during the day and some nights. This wasn't a problem for us but for someone looking for complete peace and quiet that may be a deal breaker. Otherwise it was the most incredible place I've ever stayed and I would absolutely stay here again in the future!!

Best location possible

Incredible location with beach and sunset view. Magic sands is a beautiful lively beach and only sandy beach in the area. Huge patio was great for enjoying the gorgeous Kailua-Kona weather ( best weather we’ve had on Big Island) and view. Complex had great activities such as pool, BBQ, pool table, etc. Hosts also provided everything needed for day at the beach for 4+ people. This was the perfect place for our family. Wish we were still there.

Happy from Wisconsin

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our week stay. It came with Fantastic views with a great location across from a great sandy beach. A short distance from a snorkeling beach. Close to most activities. The condo itself felt like home with ample space, a furnished kitchen, large living room and good bedroom. The showers were great. There was enough space in this condo for everyone to have his/her space. The balcony was huge, again with great views. We are very happy that we stayed here and would recommend this condo to others.
