The homeowners have considered every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible with highlights including; a designated loft with games for children and adults, a private hot tub to enjoy year-round, and an en-suite for every bedroom. If you have a family in tow, there’s no doubt that this is the choice for your Breckenridge getaway!

The home feels custom-built at every corner. Large windows, vaulted ceilings, rustic beams, and a loft area are all unique features that make the space feel one-of-a-kind. The living room has ample seating and a floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to view the picturesque mountains as you enjoy time with your family and friends. You can view the sunset and the stars at night from inside the home.

The massive kitchen is every chef's dream with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including, a large range, and an oversized refrigerator. Additional appliances such as a blender, coffee maker, and toaster are available for your convenience. The kitchen also offers endless prep space so you and your fellow guests can easily cook together. Barstools hug the extended counter for casual dining. More formal dining is steps away at the table for 6.

The home features 2 bonus spaces; A second living room serves as an ideal game room with couches, a smart TV, and games/toys for kids.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 4 suite-style bedrooms. Each room is furnished with complimenting decor and cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 boasts a King Bed, large windows, access to the outside deck, and a private en-suite. The en-suite is the ultimate retreat with a dual vanity, large soaking tub, and separate shower that doubles as a steam room.
- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen Bed and an en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #3 is configured with 2 sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and a private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #4 offers a Queen Bed and en-suite with stand-alone shower.

In addition to the 4 en-suites, an extra half bathroom is available for guest use.


THINGS TO NOTE:

- A full laundry room is available for guest use. It’s an ideal space to drop dirty or wet clothes from the day's adventure.

-Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.

The property is less than 2 miles from the slopes and Breckenridge’s South Main Street restaurants and shops. This is an ideal location for year-round activities including; skiing and snowboarding, biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, and so much more! Start your day with a brisk walk in the neighborhood and enjoy beautiful views. For those who want to explore nearby attractions, Lake Dillon, a freshwater reservoir is 16 miles away and there is also the town of Fairplay in the opposite direction which is an old mining town most commonly known for previously being called South Park, it is 21 miles away. Multiple trailheads can also be accessed in the surrounding area! There's always something going on downtown so be sure to check the town's event calendar!

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
