This spacious and bright 2-bedroom luxury residence is situated in the heart of the Canyons Village Park City which gives you access to all the ingredients for an adventure filled with hiking, mountain biking, dining, swimming, and chilling.

Around every turn of the penthouse, you are met with yet another stunning view of the Wasatch Mountains drawing you outside onto one of 2 giant balconies.

The master bedroom features its own private balcony with mountain views, a comfy king bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with his/hers sinks, tub and walk-in shower.

Following the flowing sightlines from the master bedroom you will discover the living room with wet bar, a giant flatscreen TV, massage chair, pull-out couch, dedicated workspace and connected to a fully equipped chef’s kitchen for those who love to cook.

A delightful dining room area spills through the French doors and onto the second balcony with 180° mountain views.

During the day you can hit the trails in the Canyons with over 20 miles of cross-country mountain biking and Utah’s only lift serviced flow riding park for excellent freeride mountain biking and endless hiking.

Unless the gym is more your thing, indulge in the oversized fitness center with its top-notch equipment and doors leading to the pool. There you can cool off in the pool with its crystal-clear waterfall or soak those sore muscles in one of two massive hot tubs.
