Welcome to Tropical Lux! This family-friendly summer home is lovingly restored retro style in Kissimmee’s Lake Berkley community. Close to some of the world’s most iconic theme parks, you’re in for an unforgettable time from the minute you arrive.

The living room greets you with a quirky mix of green outdoors, pink flamingos , modern comfort, and smart TV. Bright, poppy colours and vibrant interiors keep things retro and laid-back Florida Style. Puffy couches flank a sleek, smart TV. Large sliders open on to a balcony that features a 4-seater dining table for al-fresco meals with private forest views.

Back inside, the kitchen’s bold, blue cabinetry is especially striking. Whip up delightful recipes using modern stainless-steel appliances such as an oven, blender, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and wineware. The adjacent 4-seater indoor dining area is perfect for cozy evenings.

A sparkling heated outdoor pool is mere steps away, or find an awesome playground, a fishing lake with a dock, a sand volleyball court or even indulge in a host of lakefront activities, before you end your day in the resort’s pampering spa. Large manicured lawns with tennis courts and basketball hoops are available for your entertainment.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all equipped with TVs.
Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed.
Bedroom #2 is equipped with a king-size bed.
Bedroom #3 is kitted with 2 twin-size beds.

Tropical Lux could not be better located. The iconic Disney Parks is at a striking distance, as is the famous Universal Studios.

SeaWorld, Kissimmee Old Town and Atlantic Coast are perfect for a day of family fun. Gatorland is a theme park filled with all manner of alligators and reptiles.

This home is available for booking up to 21 days.
There are 2 bathrooms for guest use.
A washer/dryer is included.
2 dedicated parking spots are available. Overflow parking available on site also.
There is foosball and pool table at the clubhouse.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
