Any trip to Southern (Montecito) California should involve maximizing your time outside. On ground level, you’ll find a space to do just that on the sunny deck with comfortable outdoor seating and dining set. The kitchen is just inside on the first floor so you can easily cook and transport food outside for fresh meals al fresco.

Upstairs, the open living area is lined with French windows and filled with cozy places to enjoy your leisure time. On cool evenings you might cozy up by the gas fireplace with a movie playing on the smart tv. During the day, you might sit at the barstools with a cup of coffee and your vacation read. And of course, spend time on the balcony soaking up the stunning nature and views all around.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, luxurious decor and accent furnishings, and direct access onto the home’s balcony.

Bedroom #2 provides additional sleeping space with a twin size day bed, while also serving as office space with a beautiful desk facing large windows and Santa Barbara harbor views.

Grab your beach chair and take a quick 10-minute drive to Butterfly Beach, that’s all it takes to get your toes in the sand! East Beach and Hammond’s Beach are also within 10 minutes from the home. Coast Village Rd, Music Academy of the West, and Andree Clark Bird Refuge, all desired places to visit, are also within minutes. A bike ride or quick drive will give you access to the Cabrillo Bike Path, Santa Barbara Waterfront, the Upper Village of Montecito, Santa Barbara Zoo, and the Rosewood Miramar.
