The spacious, open-concept layout flows right into the modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster for convenient snacks and meals at home. During a break from all the play, kids can grab a quick bite at the island with barstool seating, while family meals can be hosted at the dining table set for 6.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a smart tv and 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Parking space for 2 vehicles is provided in the driveway. There is absolutely NO parking in the street, and if even a little bit of the sidewalk is blocked by cars in the driveway, a $200 fine will be issued.

This home is located in Indian Wells, a private community just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and up the road from tons of restaurants and major stores. The complex includes many amenities of its own such as tennis and basketball courts, a community pool, kids’ playground, and dock. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
