A cabana-style umbrella shades the shallow end of the pool where built-in lounge chairs offer a place to relax in the water. Contemporary tilework around the pool and attached hot tub make the space stylish and effortlessly chic. Additional outdoor areas to enjoy include the poolside lounge chairs and shaded patio with outdoor sectional and overhead fan.

The Gryffin continues to impress inside where large, plush couches face the gas fireplace and smart tv. The home’s inviting layout flows right into the spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, and coffee maker. Use the large kitchen island as extra cooking space or share casual meals with the barstool seating for 4. A formal dining table seats 6, and adjacent a small workspace is furnished with coordinating desk and chairs to match the rest of the room.

This home sleeps 8 guests in 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with bunk beds, full size mattresses on top and bottom.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and vibrant, flora-filled design.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a shared half-bathroom.
- Parking space provided in the garage and driveway.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Gated community with amenities that guests can use - tennis courts, golf course, restaurant.
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $50/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need.
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
