The first living space offers a vibrant sitting area, from here you can access the fully stocked kitchen. The Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up meals for a large group.

Steps down from here you can find a high-rise table with seating for 4 in the second living space. This space also offers an oversized comfy sofa, TV, and access to the sunroom.

The large sunroom is the perfect gathering space with ample seating, an additional fridge, and backyard access.

The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably between the 4 bedrooms and 9 beds.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed.
- Shared half bathroom.

On the second floor:
- Bedroom #2 features a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 offers 2 Queen beds
- Bedroom #4 offers 2 Twin/Twin bunk beds, and Twin trundle.
- An additional full bathroom is available on the second floor with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in less than a 15-minute drive. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. Dozens of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area. From here you are also walking distance from a movie theater, water park, go carts, restaurants and the Tanger outlets.
