The Cozy Palm

Welcome to The Cozy Palm, where endless amenities and heated pools await you! Our home is in the private luxury resort community of Paradise Palms. No, it is not a Jedi mind trick, this cozy spot features an out-of-this-world Star Wars room, Arcade, Harry Potter Suite, and a mini dress-up room for the aspiring princess. There are no extra charges here for a warm pool nor for the mini-arcade in the garage.

Upon entry, a modern and intimate living room greets you with comfortable seating around the TV. From here, you can access the private heated pool, (did we mention no additional cost yet) with cozy patio furniture that awaits outside. The area is screened in with a private veranda for extra sun (and bug!) protection to ensure maximal relaxation is achieved.

Back inside the Cozy Palm, the kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare and recharge for seemingly endless days of adventure. Additional items like a coffee maker, toaster, and cookware are prepped and ready for your convenience. The extended counter with 4 stools is prime for additional prep space or to serve up some evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The formal dining table has seating for 10.

The home comfortably recharges the batteries for up to 15 fun-seeking guests between 6 private bedrooms. Each room, as well as the Cozy Palm neon feature nook, features smart device fast-charging stations.

Bedroom #1 – HOGWARTS - The only bedroom on the 1st floor, boasts your favorite magic tricks in a 4 poster King bed with Cable Chromecast TV. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is just steps away.

A jaunt up to the 2nd?floor brings you to the loft where you can cuddle up on the sleeper sofa and watch your favorite movies and sports. The additional bedrooms, and bathrooms, are also located here.

Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, Cable Chromecast TV, and en-suite. The en-suite features dual sinks, and stand-up shower.

Bedroom #3 is the Fairytale room. This room, pretty-in-pink, hosts a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, princess wardrobe, and a chandelier fit for all the fairy tales of your family.

Bedroom #4 is equipped with a modern canopy King-size bed, Cable TV, and en-suite. The en-suite features a jungle-sized bathroom, with dual sinks, and what Cozy Palm stay could be completed without a soaking tub?

May the Force be with you in Bedroom #5 where the death star chandelier lights the way in this fully experiential room. Here we are decked out with a floor-to-ceiling Star Wars mural, a generously sized Twin/Twin bunk bed, with Twin trundle, and TV.

Bedroom #6 hosts a big TV and a cozy queen bed... because it’s the cozy palm. And the pool is warm - and that doesn’t cost you extra – but you already knew that.

Steps away from Bedrooms #3, #4, and #5 are two more shared full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The bathrooms are fully stocked to serve guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is ample parking onsite; highlighted by parking areas for 2 spacecraft (or vehicles) in the driveway, with additional spaces on the street. Street parking is allowed but you cannot park anything (motive or air-powered) on the grass - sorry.
- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- The cost to rent the grill is a one time $35 payment to cover the cost to clean the grill. You need to pay ahead of time so our local team can arrange to unlock it for you.
- For Sept 4th - October 5th guests. Please note clubhouse is under construction:
A complete pool resurfacing and tile replacement is planned for the Clubhouse pool, Spas and Kiddie Splash area at Paradise Palms. The work is scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 5th and will take approximately four weeks to complete. The pool floor is deteriorating rapidly and the HOA has had recent incidents and complaints from our guests.
During this 4 week period, the Pools and Spas will be closed to guests and residents. The outdoor Restaurant/Bar will remain open along with the Clubhouse and all other services. Please expect noise and dust during the demolition phase in the first week - Sept 6-14.

The Cozy Palm is located within the Paradise Palms Resort. You as guests of this exclusive rental are hereby encouraged to enjoy the clubhouse, gym, sauna, movie theatre, grotto hot tub, bar & grill, pool with waterslide, seating areas, tennis courts, pickle ball court, volleyball court, playground, splash pad, hot tub, arcade and more! WHEW! Yeah lots to do!

And oh by the way, the magic continues at Walt Disney World, with all its major theme parks, a short 15-minute zip away. Cocoa Beach un hora.

Recharge your young humans with massive grocery stores within a short 5 min drive - and rest easy at night knowing this guard gated community will keep you and all your adventurers safe.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
