A stunning newly constructed, custom decorated home just steps away from the best dining and shopping in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach! 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 2 queen bedrooms with adjoining balcony and shared bathroom. Easy stroll to Rosemary restaurants or Seacrest village restaurants, 100 yards from the house.

Between exploring Seacrest and sun-filled days at the beach, enjoy returning home to Big Panda’s inviting front porch, lined with rocking chairs. Through the front door, the home’s main level features a light-filled living space, formal dining table with seating for 8, and the fully equipped kitchen. The chef of your group will be delighted by the beauty and functionality of the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Barstools along the kitchen counter make the space a social center of the home, while a small breakfast nook provides an idyllic spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee.

This home sleeps up to 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms and extra sleeping space in the upstairs loft.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and balcony access.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and balcony access.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The loft, furnished with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds and a queen size bed, is a great sleeping space for kids. They’ll have convenient use of the attached bathroom with walk-in shower, plus bean bags for laid-back movie nights on the smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home shares an additional full bathroom and half-bathroom.
2 parking passes must be picked up from the pool office upon arrival, parking space is available in the driveway.
Seacrest armbands also must be picked up upon arrival in order to access all amenities.
Washer and dryer in unit.

Big Panda is at the most southeastern corner of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood bordering Rosemary. This is a Seacrest property which means you have access to arguably the most beautiful pool on 30A as well as beach access for your entire party. Complimentary tram service to the beach or pool - always helpful with little ones, grandparents, or any lazy pandas, is directly outside the front door. Otherwise walk to the beach 1/3 of a mile away or the pool a few blocks away. Beach chair service and many other amenities are available through vendors.

Most of the beginning reservations were migrated over from a previous VRBO account.
Owner was a self manager before, so he is very picky about how he wants things done in the home and with guests.
Owner has his own house keeper he pays for cleaing the home. We have contact with her but do not pay her.
There is a gift basket present that will be restocked each time for guests.
If their code works but the handle still doesnt turn, its likely the owner lock is enabled. Theres a lock box on the front porch that has the house key in it, the code is 2015.
Guests are required to pick up a guest packet from the office at the community pool. This includes parking passes, and wristbands for pool and shuttle access.
There are bike rentals right by the house, but guests may not be able to acquire one during season as it gets super busy.
