Welcome to “Take It Easy” at Watersong, a huge one floor Ranch style 5-bedroom estate with all the bells and whistles to accommodate your epic family getaway! The home boasts a dream-worthy outdoor area with a private pool, hot tub, propane fire pit, shaded patio, outdoor dining, and ample seating for your entire group. Endless memories can be made here, and this is just the beginning.

Indoor recreation can be split between several areas which collectively ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. The formal living space, with couches and smart tv, is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it a great spot to hang out as a group. The private den is perfect for movie nights with an additional smart tv and bean bags. The room is also stocked with board games to inspire hours of play. The fun continues into the garage-turned-game room with options like foosball, pop-a-shot and a full set up for gamers with couch, gaming chair, and smart tv.

Back in the main house, every detail has been considered for the ultimate retreat including fine points like Alexas in all common areas, carbon filter, water softener, and a dedicated workspace with printer. The fully equipped kitchen takes the thought of food preparation so you can easily and conveniently whip up meals using the stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and full suite of cookware. Enjoy dining at home from your choice of the formal dining table, 6-seat kitchen island, breakfast nook, or outdoor patio table.

This home sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa located in the den.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Pool heating is available for $29/night and generally is needed from Oct-May.
There is an additional pet fee of $35 per night for up to 2 pets.

Take It Easy is located in the highly sought-after Watersong Resort, a tranquil destination in Davenport with various onsite amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding conservation area where you can spot local wildlife on daily walks. Other amenities include the clubhouse, game room, business center, fitness center, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and children's playground.

Outside of the resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot are all 30-35 minutes away, and Universal Studios just a few miles further north. If a fabulous round of golf is what you’re after, there are several golf courses within minutes of the resort. Shops, restaurants, and activities are also within easy reach.
