For some indoor entertainment, head to the game room with arcade-style Pac Man, board games, and the perfect movie night set up. Choose from a large collection of DVDs to watch on the smart tv and settle in on the cozy futon. The common living area is furnished with a large sectional couch and smart tv with Netflix and Roku so there’s space for your entire group to enjoy laid back entertainment. The second living room features a couch and a fun oversixed beanbag chair for guests to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped for convenient cooking at home with both a breakfast table and formal dining space to host your group’s memorable meals.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 are each furnished with a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds, smart TV equipped with Netflix and Roku

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Sunrise Ranch is located in Twentynine Palms near the famous Joshua Tree National Park, a landscape characterized by its twisted, bristled trees and defined by two unique ecosystems. The East Entrance Station to Joshua Tree is located 12 minutes from the home, allowing guests to have convenient access in and out of the park. The park's terrain and activities appeal to people of all interests. The property is also minutes from Route 62, a vintage highway that offers the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, and specialty shops. For those who want to venture out, the property is approximately 24 miles from Yucca Valley, 50 miles from Palm Springs, 75 miles from Coachella Valley, and 92 miles from San Bernardino.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
