The 8-seater table is open to more cozy seating on the other side of the home’s dual sided fireplace, while the kitchen is also steps away. Guests have convenient use of this beautiful space with all the necessary appliances and cookware, plus pleasant views over the backyard.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- During the winter months (October-May), we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 per day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 85 degrees and the spa to a very relaxing 102 degrees. The pool is heated when you arrive for your immediate enjoyment.
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 18 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas.

Be sure to stop by the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
