Enter first into the home’s formal living room with nooks for reading or listening to records, a fireplace, and signature blue accents throughout. The home’s casual living space is in a slightly more open concept area of the house where living, dining, and kitchen all flow together. Visit on the couches while the cook of the group enjoys the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster oven, and barstool seating for 2. Meals can be shared at the formal dining table set for 8, or head outside to a shaded table for 6.

Just around the corner from the outdoor dining space is the crystal blue pool and hot tub with mountain views beyond. Poolside loungers allow you to soak up the desert sun and take in the mountain scenery, while umbrellas are strategically placed so you can have shade wherever you may need it. Nothing says an evening in the desert like gathering around the firepit under the open sky. Warm up here with drinks and good conversation, or take an evening soak in the spacious hot tub.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, sliding glass doors providing direct outdoor access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and large walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading outside.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Parking space is provided in the garage and driveway.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. When you’re feeling active, Downtown Palm Springs is just a quick 15-minute bike ride down the street or a 45-minute leisure walk. The drive couldn’t be easier with just 5 minutes separating you from Downtown. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 5 miles of the home and trailheads accessible all around.

Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
