Southern Comfort is the perfect home for families or groups to have an unforgettable Florida getaway! This beautiful 3-bedroom home is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of desirable amenities that will take your trip to the next level. Guests of the resort are welcome to enjoy the onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor bar, outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground and more! This standout unit is less than a 5-minute walk from the pool and clubhouse, making your trip more convenient in addition to incredibly fun.

The inviting home features an open-concept living area on the first floor with a private walk-out patio, an ideal spot to enjoy cool evenings. Back inside, the cozy living area has plush couches to fit your entire family, perfect for movie nights using the room’s smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen is steps away where guests can use the stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and ample counter space to prepare easy snacks and meals at home. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster are all provided for your convenience, and you have plenty of space to dine between the breakfast nook and the formal dining table.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has full size bunk beds and a smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a half-bathroom.
An additional fee of $22.40 must be paid to the resort upon arrival in order to receive wristbands (maximum of 10 provided).
2 parking spaces are provided in the driveway.

There is an additional resort fee of $22.40 per night to be paid at the front desk upon arrival. The fee is not per guest, just per night for the entire group, payable to the resort itself.

Outside of the resort, there are several nearby options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 7.2 miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (15.6 miles), Epcot (15.7 miles), Hollywood Studios (12.4 miles), Animal Kingdom (10.3 miles), Universal Studios (23.7 miles) and Sea World (17.6 miles)!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22 daily resort fee paid to regal palms.
