Relax on the plush couches to enjoy a movie on the smart tv, or head to the fully equipped kitchen where stainless steel appliances, chic wooden countertops, and a modern design will inspire delicious meals at home. Barstools at the kitchen counter offer a casual spot to snack and visit with the cook, while formal meals can be shared at the dining table set for 4.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is a semi-private space furnished with 2 twin size beds. A retractable wall closes off the space for sound nights of sleep, and during the day the wall can be opened for flow between the bedroom and living area.

This home also has great access to year-round activities like walking the Tahoe East Shore Trail, exploring Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, playing nearby courses like the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, and more. The shops and restaurants of Incline Village can be accessed in minutes. Mountain High Sandwich Co., Inclined Burgers and Brews (with a dedicated GF fryer for GF visitors), and Big Water Grill (walking distance from the home) are local favorite food spots, plus check out The Potlatch for local gifts, decor, and clothes.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
