This private and secluded home in a quiet neighborhood within Hot Springs is the perfect place to disconnect from all of your daily stressors. It’s truly country living at its finest with plenty of room to roam around the property, where your closest neighbors are a friendly flock of chickens; there’s nothing quite like fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning! Spend lazy afternoons on the upper deck catching up on your reading or taking meandering drives through the country exploring the area. When you decide you’re ready to liven things up again, historic downtown Hot Springs is a 15-minute drive away, filled with plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts such as hiking and mountain biking trails, golf, fishing, and horseback riding. For the city folk, options for shopping, dining, and entertainment are virtually around every corner. While you’re here, you can’t miss checking out the attraction the area is named for, the thermal springs! Hot Springs National Park is a 10-minute drive south, featuring 47 hot springs, historic bathhouses, and more than 30 miles of hiking trails.

Indoors, you’ll notice how each space has been designed to make you feel right at home. From the comfortable sofa seating in the living room to the charming dining room table to the cozy kitchen, you’ll find quiet places to reflect and relax as well as where the group can gather for entertainment. If desired, an included smart TV lets you stream all your favorite shows and moves while away, so you don’t have to miss a single episode. Prepare homecooked meals in the kitchen equipped with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or taken out on the sunny deck, where a café table and chairs set with umbrella provide a delightful option to dine al fresco.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests between the loft bedroom and living room. The living room includes a queen size guest bed. The upper-level loft bedroom also includes a full size bed as well as 2 twin size beds. The home’s full bathroom includes a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.

- Homeowner lives on site in a separate home throughout most of the year and is available to meet upon your arrival to provide a personal tour.
- This tranquil property is home to a flock of chickens which live comfortably in their own enclosure. Please be mindful of children, maintain a safe "look, but don't touch" distance, and be sure to thoroughly wash your hands should you come into contact with the chickens during your stay.
- This home is pet-free and non-smoking.

Near to this home is Lake Ouachita, offering 40,000 acres of water surrounded by the scenic Ouachita National Forest. Lake Hamilton is one of the state’s most popular recreational and residential lakes, surrounded by resorts, restaurants, and entertainment.

History buffs will want to seek out the Gangster Museum of America, filled with stories and artifacts from many notorious gangsters, including Lucky Luciano. One of Hot Springs best-kept traditions is the Gallery Walk, showcasing art in the vibrant downtown on the first Friday of every month. Nature lovers will want to seek out Garvan Woodland Gardens, a 210-acre botanical garden featuring hundreds of species of shrubs and flowers as well as a 4-acre Asian garden with a 12-foot waterfall. Hot Springs is also home to many crystal mines where you can try your hand at digging for crystals or purchase those already discovered.
