Shade covers much of the patio area, furnished with seating and grill. The hot tub and fire pit offer options for cool desert evenings and the large yard is yours to enjoy.

With much to explore around Yucca Valley, you’ll be happy to return to the home’s comfortable interiors where you can relax and rest up. Lounge in the naturally lit living room where a cozy sectional couch faces the smart tv. Meals and snacks can be whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, and coffee maker.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, sliding glass doors leading to the back patio, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is a semi-private room with curtains separating it from the living space. The room has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower.

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

The West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is just 20 minutes away. From there explore the many famous hikes of the park, find scenic lookout points on driving tours, go rock climbing or horseback riding, and be sure to stay late enough for the famed stargazing. Yucca Valley itself has wonderful nature walks, local shopping, and popular restaurants. Many find this location ideal for its proximity and easy access to Palm Springs, Coachella, Big Bear, the Colorado River, and the casinos and resorts of Laughlin, Nevada.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
