The villa is bright and sumptuous. Rustic, earthy décor blends tastefully with modern comfort. The living room welcomes you with high vaulted ceilings, wooden accents and a stony fireplace. A comfy seating area surrounds the smart TV. Large sliders open onto a sprawling outdoor deck, flanked by hypnotic mountain views and lush foliage.

A guest favorite, it boasts a sparkling spa-pool and firepit with 4 lounge chairs. A puffy sofa and day beds are dotted around, perfect to unwind and bask in the warm sun. Other features include large sun umbrellas and a sizzling BBQ.

Back inside, the kitchen is open-plan and roomy, fitted with glossy marble countertops and wooden cabinetry. Whip up meals from home using stainless steel appliances including a coffee machine, oven, toaster, blender, microwave and refrigerator. The 4-seater indoor dining table overlooks the pool and makes for unforgettable family meals.

The home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, all located on the same floor. While bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have queen-size beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are 2 bathrooms for guest use.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking available for 2 vehicles - one in the driveway and one vehicle in front of the gate near the main home entrance.

- This is a unique house that has a "spool" (combination spa and pool)! During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!

- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Head to Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to experience the biggest rotating tram cars in the world. For eclectic souvenir shops, boutiques and architecture, there’s nothing better than the vibrant Downtown.

Kids will have an enriching time at Palm Springs Air Museum, while art enthusiasts wouldn’t want to miss the colorful Palm Springs Art Museum.

Koffi, Lulu California Bistro and Grand Central Palm Springs are a perfect stop for hungry bellies.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
