The home features open-concept living providing an ideal layout for entertaining and conversation among guests. The living room offers ample seating that doubles as a pull out sleeper, a TV, and access to the lanai. Whether it's starting your day together on the lanai or enjoying an evening in, we can guarantee many al fresco dinners will be enjoyed together outside.

Back inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up that quick beach snack from home or a more gourmet multi-course meal. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine ware are also available for your convenience. The extended counter provides barstool seating for 2 or enjoy more formal dining steps away at the table for 4.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms, and pull out sofa. Each room is furnished with neutral decor and crisp linens to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.

The Primary Suite is outfitted with a King bed, lanai access, and an en-suite. The en-suite features a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Just steps from the bedroom, a 2nd bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.

For those who want to venture out, there are Golf Courses, preserved state and local parks, and endless shopping to also enjoy just a few minutes off the island. Downtown Fort Myers (the historic district) is about a 40-minute drive.
