This house was made for FUN with an outdoor Ping Pong table and indoor Game Room complete with Air Hockey, Dart board, Smart TV, and a Game Console to play video games. The well-stocked kitchen includes a state-of-the-art Water Purification System that provides refreshing drinking water at every tap. No need for bottled water! It also boasts a Nespresso Espresso Machine, Wine Refrigerator, and a dining table with seating for up to 8.

There is an office nook with desk, computer, and sleeper couch as well as a comfortable living room with large comfy couch and Smart TV with surround sound system. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, the backyard and patio area are perfect for relaxing and entertaining friends and family! There are two hot tubs, a Traeger BBQ Grill (pellets provided) and a dining table with a beautiful fire feature that seats 8 with a view of the outdoor TV.

In the backyard, you will find lounge style seating, Adirondack chairs that surround a wood burning fire pit to enjoy the cooler evenings and everyone’s favorite yard game: Corn Hole.

Scottsdale Desert Paradise is close to the green belt that has 15 miles of paved paths, as far South as Tempe Town Lake and North to Shea Blvd with public golf courses, lakes and dining along the path. Grab a scooter or e-bike in Old Town, convenient for guests to easily ride to the Greenbelt or around the local neighborhood.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway and the property sits on the free Scottsdale Trolly Line into Old Town. A short ride will have you in the heart of Old Town where you will find the best restaurants, bars, art galleries, museums as well as the SF Giants Spring Training Stadium. The Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, the iconic Camelback Mountain, plenty of hiking trails and golf courses are all nearby.
