Upon entering, you’ll be mesmerized by the deep blue hues staring back at you on the horizon. Whether it be sunrise or sunset, you’re sure to enjoy the views at every hour. The living room offers ample seating, a TV, and access to the outside balcony with patio furniture.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and additional cookware to easily pack a beach snack or whip up one of your signature dishes. A blender, standard drip coffee maker, toaster, and wine-ware are also available for your convenience. The extended counter, with 4 barstools, is ideal for extra prep space or perfect to gather around for evening hors d'oeuvres. Steps away, enjoy a more formal dining experience together at the dining table for 6 with gorgeous views of the ocean. Or, take your meal outside with a cold drink to dine al fresco!
The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms, and a comfortable Queen sized hide away bed. Each room is furnished with coastal decor and crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony, and en-suite with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 is configured with two Twin beds and has balcony access
Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and balcony access
The 2nd Bathroom with shower/tub combo is fully stocked to accommodate guests
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The carport provides dedicated space for 1 vehicle. Guest parking is also available.
- A trash chute is available for convenient trash removal.
- The condo has a shared pool that is available for guest use
- This is a 30+ day rental.
The unit is located in a condo building directly on the beach in Bonita Beach, an area that offers rustic, untouched landscape. Several restaurants, shops, and even boat rentals/charters are within a few minutes by car! A large food store is just a 5-mile drive, giving you little reason to stray far from the island. For those who want to venture out, there are Golf Courses, preserved state and local parks, and endless shopping to also enjoy just a few minutes away from the home.
