Perfect location for ski school and lifts

This was our first time staying on the mountain vs in town. My daughter was going to ski school and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location. The rooms and kitchen had everything we needed. My only complaint was the hot water took forever to come through the shower if it got hot at all. Probably a building problem more than this specific unit. I would definitely stay again!

Great Location, helpful people at resort

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and I'm not sure there is a much better location for skiing Breck. The One Ski Hill staff was amazing! The valet for skies was perfect and we enjoyed a ride/pick up downtown for shopping and dinners. Don't underestimate this, as parking is not easy downtown. There is a nice outdoor and indoor hot tub. Indoor pool was nice and they also have an indoor sauna and steam room which was nice. We did not use the spa, but did stop in to see what it looked like. It was clean, nice and the staff person was friendly. Overall, nothing that would stop me from giving a 5 star review but there were a few things that I would be aware of. First, make sure to read the email with instructions. You have to pick up room keys at a location downtown. We arrived in the evening and it was dark and not the easiest location to find. But I should have read the email closer and when I called for help they answered right away and were helpful. The steam shower in the master bath didn't work, and the water pressure was not great either. Not a huge deal because the other bathroom was fine. It takes a long time to get hot water, again, not a big deal but if you want a hot shower make sure to run the water for 5-10 minutes first.

Honestly, we won’t stay any place else on our future trips to Breck! Accommodations were spot on. The resort was fantastic and the property manager couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Top notch! Would totally recommend any visitor to rent this property.

2023 getaway

Great location and amenities, well equipped, but with a few issues.

Let me start with the good. The condo is in a great location with the peak 8 ski school at your door step. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable (even the pullout in the living room). Fireplace is convenient and provides for instantaneous heat when needed. Balcony is huge with a great view. Building amenities are awesome... especially the ski vallet. Daily hot cocoa, hot apple cider, and cookies served at the end of each day on the slopes. Now the not so good. Checkin process is ok. You have to pick up and drop off the room key cards from an off site lock box on Main street which creates a logistical issue if you don't rent a car or want to keep your car in the garage and ski the last day. I recommend guests are allowed to pickup and/or drop off the keys at the front desk instead. The major issue we had was lack of hot water in the showers. They are literally ice water for several minutes until warming up to luke warm (about 90 deg max). The on-site manager was responsive and attempted several times to correct, but ultimately failed to fix the issue. There is also a temperature controlled steam setting in the shower which did help counteract the lack of hot water but the issue needs to be corrected, especially for a high end unit like this!
