Welcome to your new home away from home! Introducing Rem Retreat, a beautiful condo in sunny Santa Barbara that is officially available for long-term stays. This home may be quaint, but it’s been thoughtfully designed and outfitted with everything you may need to make your extended stay comfortable without having to worry about the hassle of maintenance. The property is ideal for those who are looking for a relaxing retreat or maybe a change of scenery if working from home.

Take a moment to open the large sliding glass doors and breathe in the coastal air - a relaxing aroma that is yours to enjoy for the next month or more! The outside patio has a gas BBQ and seating to enjoy the mild Santa Barbara climate.

Back inside, the condo is tastefully decorated with neutral tones appealing to any taste. The space is intimate but every inch has been maximized to the fullest. The living room offers ample seating, a sofa sleeper, and a smart TV.

Steps away, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to whip up a delicious meal or a quick beach snack from home. Extra appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster are available for your convenience. The kitchen area is complete with a round dining table for 4.

The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 furnished bedrooms. Each space includes luxe linens to ensure everyone feels right at home. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) offers a King bed, designated workstation, and en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 sports a Queen bed, and smart TV.

A 2nd full bathroom is fully stocked to serve guests. It also has a shower/tub setup.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a 30-day minimum rental
- If you’d like to bring a pet, please reach out before booking. We will confirm if your pet is permitted or not
- A laundry area in the condo with a washer/dryer is available for guest use
- A community dumpster and recycling area is available within the complex for trash disposal
- The unit comes with 2 assigned parking spaces (one under a carport and one in front of the unit)

The property is in a superb location just 1 mile from Downtown Santa Barbara and less than .5 miles from Santa Barbara City College. Within this area, there are several points of interest reached on foot or a short drive away. Grab your beach chair and enjoy an easy 15-minute walk to Leadbetter Beach or West Beach - both phenomenal spots to sink your toes in the sand! Funk Zone is also only a 15-minute walk away, there you can find a variety of wine tasting rooms , and restaurants. A bike ride or quick drive will also give you access to the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (.8 miles), Santa Barbara Zoo (2.6 miles), and Stearns Wharf (1.1 miles). There’s a little something for everyone with multiple parks, golf courses, and other activities nearby.
