Engulfed by hypnotic landscapes in the background, Poolside at Panorama is an idyllic summer home in the vibrant city of Palm Desert. Only 20 minutes from the iconic Coachella Music Festival in Coachella Valley, it is a music lover’s paradise. Enjoy world class golfing, stylish art galleries, horseback riding and unforgettable shopping and dining experiences.

The living area welcomes you with a beachy, tropical vibe. Soft, minimalist décor is offset by sudden pops of color and bright, playful lights. A comfy L-shaped couch and seating area surrounds the TV. Large picture windows and sliders open onto the sprawling outdoor pool area.

The outdoor deck is a guest favorite, with a bubbling hot tub and relaxing swimming pool (heating fee). Turn on the sparkling neon-colored lights, grab bright floating toys, and have yourself a fun pool party. The 6-seater alfresco dining table is perfect for cozy family meals. Other features include leisurely lounge chairs and large sun umbrellas.

Whip up your favorite recipes in the open-plan kitchen, overlooking the charming backyard. Equipped with glossy countertops and modern cabinetry, it has a range of stainless-steel appliances like a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.

A pool-facing mini bar is ideal for evening cocktails, as are the 3 bar stools next to the kitchen. There’s also an indoor dining area for 6, where you can enjoy intimate gatherings.

Pets can run amok and keep themselves entertained in the safe, grassy backyard. Fire up the BBQ, or curl up before the firepit which comes with 4 lounge chairs. Corn hole games are also included.

The villa sleeps 6 in 3 rooms, all located on the same floor.

Bedroom #1 is the master, featuring a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have queen-size beds and a shared bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer/dryer is provided for guest use.
- Parking is available onsite.
- Teeming with pristine country clubs, shopping centers and over 150 wine-and-dine joints, the villa is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
- During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Spend hours at the Civic Centre Park, strolling lush rose gardens, amphitheaters and making most of the baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts. Take hot air balloon rides over the scenic desert landscapes, go hiking on canyon trails, and explore the diverse music scene of the area.

Other attractions include dog parks, biking trails and bustling farmers markets.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
