If you feel the need for some shade, the covered, screened-in all-weather room featuring outdoor sofa seating, fireplace, and mounted TV is just the thing. Bringing a boat along? The covered boat house makes spending adventurous days out on the water a breeze. Gather around the lakeside firepit for an evening of cocktails and conversation while you stargaze up at the expansive sky.

The interior of the home is perhaps even more impressive than the exterior, with an expansive, open floorplan organically blending spaces together to create a cohesive environment made for gathering. The living room features a sparkling chandelier floating over a plush leather sofa and armchair seating. A focal point of the space is the floor-to-ceiling marbled column with an inlaid gas fireplace and large mounted smart TV; the perfect setting for hosting an exciting movie or game night. Flow into the formal dining area where an elegant table has been set for 10, with an attached wet bar for enhanced ease of serving meals or drinks. In the kitchen, you will find additional high-top counter seating for 6 for afternoon hors d’oeuvres or quick meals on the go. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee machine, and all the cookware and dining ware needed for your group to prepare delicious homecooked meals together.

When you’re ready to take your competitive side to the next level, the game room in the converted garage features a ping pong table, foosball table, and tabletop shuffleboard as well as a smart TV for hours of nonstop fun.

This home comfortably sleeps 22 guests between 4 private bedrooms as well as an additional room with 4 full size beds and 4 twin size beds in bunk format.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, fireplace, private deck access with views to the lake, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 includes 3 queen size beds, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower and 1 half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
A 10 person Pontoon is available for rental. Rents for $350 a night and must be rented for the entire stay of the reservation. This additional charge can be added by contacting our local team.

Driveway parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. Guests cannot park cars outside of the gate.
