Located just a short walk from the white sandy shores that stretch along the island for miles, day trips to and from the beach are a cinch, popping back and forth to the home when you need to reload on snacks and drinks or simply take a break from the ample Texas sun. For cooling off a little closer to home, the complex’s outdoor pool is a tropical oasis, enveloped by palm trees inviting you to feel the refreshing breeze while you take a dip or stretch out in one of the loungers.

You’ll find convenient options for grocery and dining within just a few minutes of the home, accessible by foot, car, or optional golf cart. Downtown Corpus Christi is just 23 miles inland, bursting with options for shopping, dining, evening entertainment, as well as family-friendly activities of the aquarium, waterpark, several parks, museums, and even more beaches. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without savoring the culinary delights from fresh Gulf seafood to mouthwatering Tex-Mex cuisine, and plenty of authentic southern barbeque.

Inside the home, bright, cheerful spaces welcome you in with open arms, expertly curated to maximize your downtime with comfortable furnishings and beach-chic décor. Sink into plush sofa and recliner seating in the living room while you keep up with episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. Just around the corner, the fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you’ll need to whip up delicious culinary delights right at home. Gather around the stylish table with seating for 6 or snag a high-top stool at the counter for 4 for a quick and casual bite. In the early morning hours, fire up the Keurig and take your freshly brewed cup out onto the balcony to soak in the fresh air and incredible views before you begin another day filled with adventure.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This townhome offers parking for 1 vehicle in the garage (spaced appropriately next to the golf cart) and 1 in the parking lot, or guests may use 2 total spots in the parking lot. Parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage. 2 spots are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage.
• A golf cart is available for rental at a fee of $100 per night - note this fee IS NOT included in the rate and is charged separately.
