Dine in the tranquil yard and, when in season, make use of the property's fruitful fig, citrus, and avocado trees. The beach is so close you can smell the ocean, and it's accessible only to those living in the private gated community where this home resides. Take a short walk down the community pathway and find the magnificent ocean right in front of you!

Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed surrounded by beautiful built-in library shelves, filled with unique books and eye-catching décor. Sliding glass doors open from this bedroom right out into the serene gardens.

Bedroom #2 has stunning floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and sliding glass doors open onto the home’s upper balcony.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed surrounded by unique design features, plus sliding glass door access onto the home’s balcony.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo.
- Like most coastal properties in the Santa Barbara area, this home sits near the highway. Guests should expect to hear motor traffic as well as the train.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles in the car port. There is space for 2 additional cars in the driveway.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Padaro Midcentury Beach & Garden is in a superb location, minutes by foot from the private community’s exclusive beachfront and just a short drive from the area’s most popular beaches. The Santa Barbara coast is loved for its ocean and mountain views, sunny weather, and proximity to nearby restaurants, shopping, and other Santa Barbara attractions. Butterfly Beach, East Beach and Hammond’s Beach are all within 10 minutes from the home. Coast Village Rd, Music Academy of the West, and Andree Clark Bird Refuge, all desired places to visit, are also within 10-15 minutes. A bike ride or quick drive will give you access to the Cabrillo Bike Path, Santa Barbara Waterfront, the Upper Village of Montecito, Santa Barbara Zoo, and the Rosewood Miramar.

A mid-stay clean is required in this home. After every 15th day, housekeeping will stop by to clean the home to ensure the property stays in great condition.
