Our 1,200 sq ft. Treetop Home is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from every amenity and attraction that you can imagine. We have luxury memory foam beds, soft cotton sheets, and fluffy towels to pamper you during your stay. Your family can enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool, which is also heated (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Our top floor penthouse unit is one of four in our building, allowing for privacy, serenity, and security.
The space
One of the best attributes of our home is that it is quiet, although it is located in the center of everything. Also, it has plenty of natural light from the windows in the vaulted ceilings. You can look out over the treetops or down onto the grassy areas as you eat at the dining table.
Guest access
The community outdoor pool is located across the grassy area from our home. It is literally just a few yards away.
Other things to note
Our condo is located in what is considered a residential complex, it is not in a resort. Therefore, the owners association has asked us to convey to our guests that quiet hours should be observed from 10 pm to 7 am each day. Also, smoking (inside or outside) is not allowed and guest pets are not allowed. Please do not park in any numbered parking spaces other than our #4 spot. There is additional parking in unnumbered spots very close to our building if you prefer to use those. Trailers are prohibited.

House rules
- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your date checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
