There’s so much to explore between Orlando’s famous theme parks and other entertainment attractions, but this home also boasts onsite amenities for your enjoyment including community pool, fitness center, and sports courts.

The townhome is clean and has everything for your comfort. It is fully furnished, has a fully stocked kitchen, including waffle maker, coffee machine, cake mixer, slow cooker and many more appliances. Dinnerware for formal or everyday dining. Also, linen and towels provided, books and board games for the entire family. Unit has Internet (fiber optic FAST connection), smart televisions in all the rooms and a smart door lock.

One of the home’s best features is its fenced-in patio where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. The space is furnished with an outdoor dining table, ample seating, and a large umbrella. Relaxing indoors is just as inviting with cozy furnishings around a smart tv. The living area is stocked with games to enjoy as a family around the coffee table.

Central to the home, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and more to fulfill all your cooking needs. 4 barstools line the kitchen counter where kids can gather for quick meals and snacks. The formal dining table, with seating for 6, is the perfect space to spend meaningful time reliving the day's adventures over a homecooked meal.

Bedroom #1 has 2 twin size beds and smart tv.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Parking is free, however, if bar code information for access is lost, a replacement fee of $100 will incur.

Guest needs to acquire a parking pass from either: - Guest house. That is open 9am-12/1p (they do not have an afternoon shift currently staffed) - From 1p- 10 call the numbers on the security gate for who is on call on shift of worker isn’t present - Security (that is moving around the community) at night after 10pm Green parking pass info: - Complementary 2 vehicles at house “no back in parking no parking on white lines". Green pass good for up to 28 days.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
