For those seeking adventures on the open water, Destin offers plenty of opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and deep-sea fishing expeditions. Known as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village”, the city has the largest and most elaborately equipped fishing fleet in the state of Florida! This vibrant city also has a wide variety of delicious restaurants to choose from, serving everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. For the sporting enthusiasts, this condo is ideally situated right next to the vibrant Morgan Sports Center, offering you easy access to all the recreational activities and amenities the center has to offer. The home’s open and spacious interior provides welcome relief from that plentiful Florida heat, a quiet space to refresh and recharge in between activities. A sliding door opens out on to the balcony, combining outdoor and indoor living together and allowing the fresh coastal breeze to flow freely throughout. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to create culinary delights in the convenience of home, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Gather together at the dining table with seating for 4 or keep things casual with a seat at the counter on the high-top stools for 3.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and Jack & Jill bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Garage parking available for 2 vehicles.
• This is a 10th floor unit. Elevator available.
• Front desk check-in required. A daily $25 resort fee will be included in the booking cost, covering pool and amenity access.
• Guests can enjoy the following resort amenities: shuttle service (provided by the resort), onsite coffee house, business center, onsite gym, vending machines, & bagged ice machines
• This condo includes: Beach equipment (2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach cart/wagon which can be used as a stroller when not on the beach), beach towels, beach toys, Pack N Play (with mattress and sheets), and a portable highchair, smart TVs with Roku, Disney+, &; Netflix, board games & toys for kids, cooler with re-usable ice packs.

For more amenities and beach access, Henderson State Park (has restrooms) is located directly across the street from the Resort, albeit with a daily fee. Furthermore, for any necessities, Walmart is a mere 0.7 miles away from the condo, ensuring convenience for residents and visitors alike.
