A mountain home like no other! Welcome to Obsidian Oasis, a marvelous custom-built property that truly feels one-of-a-kind. With over 4100 square feet, a private theatre room, and multiple decks for entertaining, Obsidian Oasis exceeds any wishlist!

The home welcomes you on arrival with a bright and airy ambiance complemented by unique decor from the region. Original features like wooden beams, crown molding, and stone flooring make the space warm and inviting. The living room highlights a peaked ceiling, large sofa, additional seating, Smart TV, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and balcony access.

The 2nd-floor balcony is a living room in itself and a favorite for those who love entertaining! The space offers a built-in BBQ, large wooden table, TV, and private hot tub.

Back inside, the kitchen is sure to please any chef with top-grade stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals from home. A blender, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience. The extended counter with 3 stools can be used for casual dining or additional prep space. Steps away, a gorgeous dining room with a chandelier, buffet, and table for 8 sets the mood for sophisticated formal dining.

The home boasts supreme comfort easily displayed in the 4 suite-style bedrooms that sleep up to 11 guests. With each room having its own en-suite, a large group of guests is able to follow their individual daily routines with ease.

Bedroom #1 is equipped with a Queen bed and en-suite.

Bedroom #2, the primary suite, highlights a Kind bed, en-suite, and access to the outside deck.

Bedroom #3 is configured with a Queen bed, Twin-over-Full bunk bed, and en-suite.

Bedroom #4 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, and en-suite.

In addition to the 4 en-suites, there are 2 half-baths to serve guests.

The fun isn’t over yet! Grab some popcorn and favorite snacks and make your way to your very own private movie theatre. A kitchenette can be found on the same floor and is the perfect space for you to set up your movie-night fixings.

We are proud to say our home is accessible in many ways for those with disabilities and special needs. However, we are sorry to say that one of us is extremely allergic to dog and cat hair. We ask that you consider this prior to booking, as guests are at risk of eviction without refund and additional cleaning fees.

The property is located at the base of Mammoth Mountain, a prime location with cafes, eateries, and shops within a mile away. Mammoth is certainly known as a mecca for outdoor adventure and with the highest summit of California resorts, it truly is something to brag about. In the summer, bike safely to Mammoth Mountain Bike Park in just over 5 miles or jump in the car to explore Twin Lakes Vista, only an 8-minute drive away. In the cooler months, enjoy skiing on the diverse terrain that accommodates all skillsets. Add the picturesque Horseshoe and Crowley lakes to your Mammoth bucket list and you’re sure to cross off all the major waterways the area has to offer.
